Vendetta Rossa Fresh Grill - Authentic, Fresh Shawarma & Grill in Lomita, CA

What a gem! Vendetta Rossa Fresh Grill is one of those places you can’t help but tell everyone about. The food is absolutely incredible — everything tastes so fresh and full of flavor. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and put real care into every dish. My husband and I discovered this place during one of our evening walks. We had talked about stopping by several times, and we’re so glad we finally did! Even though it’s takeout-only, everything was beautifully packaged and still hot and fresh when we got home. We tried the Chicken Shawarma Plate, Shawarma Combo Plate, and several of their sauces — the garlic sauce, in particular, is amazing! Every bite was delicious and perfectly seasoned. So happy we found this local spot — it’s definitely going to be one of our regular takeout places!

New to the area and came across this gem on Yelp — so glad I did! The food was incredibly fresh, with authentic flavors that really stood out. I was warmly welcomed by the owner, Arash, who took the time to walk me through the menu and even offered a complimentary hummus appetizer to try. His hospitality and passion for the food were clear from the start. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend giving this place a try. You won’t be disappointed!

A hidden gem, so don't miss it! You're gonna want to try it. Takeout only spot. This restaurant is punching so far above its price point, it's insane they're not overrun and sold out everyday. Quality is excellent. The chicken shawarma plate looked, smelled and tasted amazing and is fulfilling all my shawarma needs right now. The seasoning on the chicken was a bit strong for me but it tasted great which makes up for it, and bet a lot of people will prefer it that way. Salad is very fresh, bright and substantive. No limp or browning produce. Fresh. Everything looks made the right way. Their plates are stacked and are pretty big. If you don't eat huge portions then their plates could serve 2 ppl. All their sauces are also done very well, they make you want to mix up every bite with them. The salad dressing I think is their own vinigerette recipe with a bit of citrus and is a damn good one if you like vinaigrettes. Great for cleansing the palette between the heaps of rice, shawarma bites and sauces. Support your local businesses! This one deserves every 5 star review.

I recently tried Vendetta Rossa Fresh Grill, and I was really impressed. The atmosphere has a modern, relaxed vibe that makes it great for both a casual dinner or a night out with friends. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which I always appreciate. The food is where they really shine. Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned, with a nice balance of bold flavors that didn’t feel overdone. You can tell they put effort into both the quality of the ingredients and the presentation. Portions were generous but not overwhelming, and the menu had enough variety that everyone at our table found something they loved.

Just tried their steak kabob . It was good. Nice flavor, tender and cooked to a perfect medium/ medium well. French fries were delicious and had great seasoning. You can tell that salad was made in-house and was not store bought. Will definitely be returning. Enjoy!

Wow! We happened to randomly stop by and we were blown away. Its takeout only, waited around 10-15min? I got the chicken shawarma plate and my husband got the super plate with three meats The salad was so fresh The meat was so flavorful. I would recommend the super plate as chicken was juicier! This is the best Mediterranean food we have had in south bay so far and we have tried it all! I wanted to gatekeep because it was so good but at the same time want it to become so popular it never goes away

This restaurant is amazing, and the food is fantastic! It was absolutely delicious and a great experience for us. Each plate is enough for two people, and the portions are very generous. In terms of cleanliness, the place is exceptionally clean, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place. Many thanks to Mis. Giti and her son for their excellent food!

After mass we stopped by, we were disappointed they didn't have seating but we ordered take away. The place is very clean, this impresses me. We both ordered the chicken kabob, we should have ordered one each of something and shared. As it turned out we were happy we didn't, the chicken is delicious. The salad was fresh and crisp and the fries were perfect. The sauces were very tasty especially the garlic sauce. This is definately a go to place which will be often for me.
